This animal, to me, symbolizes the backbone of the Asian culture. In the Philippines this animal has worked, sweat and bled to give the Philippino indigenous a foundation to build upon in agriculture. This animal also blesses the 1Piso coin of the Philippines. To me this animal is the most humble of all animals. I wish that one day they will get the respect that they deserve, as well as every other animal in this world.
