Copper shop
Peshawar, Pakistan
Coppersmith, in the metals bazaar. Copper and brassware is sold by the pound. The shape, wonderful filigree engravings, and fancy metalwork cost nothing extra. Just pile the metal on the scale and pay per kilo.

The Copper Bazaar in Peshawar is just round the corner from Qissa Khwani, the hat bazaar pictured elsewhere. Walking through this part of the city is a wonderful experience. Mr Ali's brass shop has photographs of starts and dignitaries who have visited his shop over the years.
