This fountain made of stone is called Dhunge Dharo. It is where people in Kathmandu Valley get their water for drinking as well a good place to take a bath. Mostly on Saturdays, when people don't have to work, they start their day by taking bath at spots like this one in the picture. But nowadays very few people do this.
